    CBRC is a interdisciplinary research project that merges computational social science with corporate finance to understand and model diversity dynamics on corporate boards. It aims to identify the mechanisms that influence the amount of diversity and the effect that it has on the governance of the boards.

    We analyze corporate boards in the EU and Japan.
